This is a removable vinyl cling. That is great, because it can be easily removed for cleaning, but makes it difficult to smoothly apply on any curved surface. My seat has a slight curve to it and I can't get all the bubbles out. Other than the bubble problem it is a cute way to liven up the toilet seat. It looks cute in our beach themed bathroom.
