I would NEVER order again from this vendor. We are not talking about electronics where they have to reinstall the software of a computer or anything. It doesn't make sense to me to charge customers a restocking fee for returning merchandise. This company just doesn't seem to be customer friendly in my opinion. I wouldn't use them again.

this item works very well, and is made of a heavy resin,only it would look better if betty boop was wearing a red dress, only improvement i can see this item needs, the color of the bottle is a hot pink, very pretty color, the pump and cap are plastic, but look like real shiny chrome
