not like the picture...,
July 7, 2009 This review is from: Park B.Smith Retro Stripe 72-Inch by 72-Inch Shower Curtain, White (Kitchen)
In the picture, the stripes look like they're maybe an inch or so big, at least to me. In real life, they're more like a quarter inch. I was expecting really retro, with fuzzy stripes, but instead I got slightly retro with thin, not poofy stripes. It's ok, but not what I expected (and I'm too lazy to return things). Other than that, the quality is ok. You'll need a solid liner so that the curtain isn't partially see-through but it's white cotton so that's expected.

Love the retro look,

I was looking for the right shower curtain to compliment my older bathroom so was glad I found something simple but retro looking. I love it!! It does need a liner however and that isn't stated in the description.

This review is from: Park B.Smith Retro Stripe 72 Inch by 72 Inch Shower Curtain, Natural (Kitchen)
I didn't have really high hopes for this shower curtain, but the price was right and I needed two of them for a claw foot tub shower-ring.
The curtain drapes beautifully right out of the package. The fabric is heavy, yet soft. The curtain is definitely "retro" with a plush chenille look and feel. The natural color is a nice counterpoint to the retro look as it isn't baby doll pink or lime green (the colors of the last chenille item I owned). I will be ordering another curtain for another bathroom as these look so great with our adobe walls.
I've bought shower curtains from Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, and Bed, Bath, and Beyond and this curtain is by far the nicest-- without the $100+ price tag you'd find at the first two stores I listed.
