This review is from: Movie Poster Shower Curtain My daughter is decorating her first apartment and wanted a Hollywood motif for her tiny, windowless bathroom. This curtain is darling. It is made of heavy polyester cloth. It is hand-washable, tumble dry. You do need a nice plastic liner behind it, and you need to buy that separately (it doesn't come with a liner).
What is really striking about this curtain is the vibrancy of the six vintage movie posters depicted on it. The images are iconic: "Breakfast at Tiffany's", Singing in the Rain," Casablanca," "GWTW," "The Wizard of Oz" and "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly." The bright colors make it easy to accessorize the bathroom. My daughter picked out red towels, a red bathmat, etc. But she could have just as easily gone to black or bright blue or even yellow. She added a couple of inexpensive tin movie poster reproductions and a Marilyn Monroe nightlight -- Voila! Totally cute bathroom on a shoestring budget. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Movie Poster Shower Curtain I just recieved mine this past weekend. And let me just say that it is better than I thought it would be. It almost has a velvet like feel to it. Makes the entire bathroom. I just kept it simple with black carpet and black towels. I also added to the walls the Breakfast at Tiffany small picture above the toliet. If you keep coming back to this, just order it. It is well worth the money Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Movie Poster Shower Curtain The shower curtain is thick and durable. We use this product as a curtain to cover our glass french door going into our theater room when we want privacy. Doesn't feel like a shower curtain and the fun design complements our movie theme. |
