Good shower rod, but...,

This shower rod really needs to be firmly screwed to the studs in the wall, to keep it from becoming loose over time.
It does expand the shower stall, but it will also make small bathrooms look smaller. Not the best choice in cases where it will be used with a shower curtain and liner, if the toilet is less than two feet from the bathtub/shower, as the curtain would drape too close to the toilet.
However, for roomy bathrooms, this curved rod works really well.
Not quite rust resistant.
Why did I wait so long,

Just like the ones seen in hotels. Does add the feeling of more space which is really great and was the reason behind the purchase. Easy to understand instructions, having two people is best. I did think it was a bit over priced but when I saw how well it was packaged in order to be shipped, I understood. This should never need replaced. I will purchase one for our second bath.
not totally what was ordered,

Nice rod, but it didn't say it was adjustable -- if you don't want the hitch in the rod where your hangers get hung up, this is not rod for you~! Otherwise a good rod, especially for the price.Maytex Mills Heavy Weight Curved Shower Rod, Brushed Nickel
