This review is from: Maytex Glide Shower Curtain Rings, Chrome (Kitchen) I got these because I was tired of the shower curtain ending up torn from trying to get it over the 'bump' where the rods connect. Now I never have that problem and the curtain moves freely from either direction. The hooks are definitely secure...the only downside I see is that they will be a pain when removing the curtain for cleaning, however, I consider that well worth the effort. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: By b1 (Texas) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Maytex Glide Shower Curtain Rings, Chrome (Kitchen) I blamed myself when the first one broke. Being careful, I only broke two more.
Oh!, and the glide part sounded good. Metal on metal in the early A.M. don't sound so pretty, or good. I'll keep looking too. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Maytex Glide Shower Curtain Rings, Oil Rubbed Bronze (Kitchen) These only look good. They are made of somekind of cheap lead like material. When you try to open them up to put on the curtain tube they simply break! When I was putting them up three broke and I threw them all away. These are just plain cheap, useless hooks. Beware dont buy! |
