This review is from: Home World Map Shower Curtain (Kitchen) I bought this to replace a similar map-of-the-world shower curtain that had gotten hopelessly grimy after 16 years of use. We've learned a lot about geography from that curtain (it's particularly useful for sneaking away during a game of Trivial Pursuit and returning a genius). This new curtain is nice looking, with bright colors and handwritten titles (instead of typed like our older one). It's not as heavy duty as the old one but still hangs well and was easy to put up. Buyers of similar curtains have mentioned a nasty smell--this one had a slight vinyl smell (reminds me of swimming pool toys) but it aired out completely in a couple of hours. (By contrast the heavier clear vinyl shower curtain liner that I bought separately at Walmart smelled for two days.) 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Home World Map Shower Curtain (Kitchen) My kids, 7 and 10, love their new bathroom. Its different and fun. Its hilarious listening to them sound out all of the new places they found will doing their business. it goes with any color scheme. it is a very light plastic almost like a plastic drop cloth but we are switching it out every month with the SAT words and periodic table curtains to minimize damage. well worth the price! 6 of 7 people found the following review helpful: This review is from: Home World Map Shower Curtain (Kitchen) Great item, if I only had this in elementary school. I would have known Trinidad is to the left of my hot water handle in the North Atlantic Ocean right below Barbados and Greneda. |
