I first experienced this type of shower rod in a Marriot Hotel. Ever since then I have wanted one. It makes your shower feel so much more roomy but it doesn't stick out funny into your bathroom to make the rest of the room feel smaller. My husband is a regular handy man and it took him a little while to install this. If you have to mount it to tile make sure that you have the glass/tile cutting drill bit that will allow you to do this.
