In the photo it looks institutional, like the pattern is close to the tiled walls of a public pool's shower facilities.
It is however very cute and great with a frosted or white liner. If you like blue and a fresh clean feeling in your bathroom, I recommend this curtain.

This is a nice shower curtain. It looks just as pictured, and was a good quality. I would recommend this.
