These are great shower curtain hooks, but chrome metal shower hooks (which look exactly the same) can be purchased at Walmart's for 12 for $1.25 or heavier-duty ones at Ace Hardware for 12 for $2.50. How in the world did these people come up with almost $8.00 is beyond me!

Five stars for the product, 0 stars for the price = 3 stars.

Update: Our local Walmart's is no longer carrying these shower rings, but I have found them at Home Depot for around $2.50 for 12. They are still great! We use them for all kinds of things, including sorting and hanging jewelry for our business, so we use a LOT.
