The only problem I have with this item is the fact that it was packaged with styrofoam and during shipping, the styrofoam crumbled all over the bear. Styrofoam combined with static electricity creates a mess that is hard to eradicate. The bear itself is adorable. I will have to do a lot of work on it before I can give it as a gift.
