I was unhappy that the color of the hooks was actually much darker than they apppeared online. They are almost black which is not what I was looking for. However when I called the company was very responsive and refunded my money. So, even though I didn't love the product, terrific customer service!

What can you really say about shower hooks? They seem well made. They look like the picture.

I find that if I pull the curtain back too fast they fall off the rod, but a slight adjustment of habit seems to have fixed that problem. I'd been using rings before so I wasn't used to needing to be a bit careful.
