Unfortunately these hooks reversed themselves in the shower curtain holes with the ball bearings in the curtain grommets and the bottom riding the shower curtain rod.

These shower curtain hooks are the best I've ever owned. The rolling metal balls at the top make it MUCH easier to open & close a shower curtain.They also minimize scratches on a curtain rod (which can make it rust). I'd highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for new curtain rod hooks!

This isn't as dark as TRUE oil-rubbed bronze (what is? we've looked everywhere and ordered several). Oil-rubbed bronze is black like iron but has a hint here or there of color. These are more like a dark bronze in other words more reddish brown like the lighter parts of the shower curtain rod (unlike the photo) but they work w/ the rod. They're high quality and stay snapped shut. I bought them w/ the Aquatico Ivy Shower Curtain Tension Rod, Oil Rubbed Bronze.
